HFAF Collective

Creating spaces for artists

Best Events Productions are event producers. We usually produce technology and Business to Business events. However, we have a passion for the arts and so we also create pop up experiences for retail brands and community events with a cause related to the environment or social causes such as the wellbeing of artists, heritage and culture.

We would like to work closely with Visual Artists passionate about local art and innovative products. The collective is made up of Street Artists, Photographers, Video Creators and Editors, Graphic Designers, Illustrators, Painters and everyone in between!

We collaborate with Visual Artists to create unique experiences, merchandise and custom art. By using an innovative business model, we increase their revenue and exposure, all while creating an amazing brand experience for the customer while sharing important messages across. Our goal is to make art accessible to everyone and help support local Artists.

  • No big financial investments required, we cover all upfront costs by working with strategic community partners
  • Minimal investment of time, we take care of all business operations
  • Minimal fees are required when you join certain events to ensure you are committed to attend the event or to cover basic set up costs eg rental, air ventilation, carpeting, panel rentals
  • Brand exposure and increased sales through our online marketplace (coming soon!)
  • Products and services sold online, at markets, pop-ups and retail locations
  • Art related tours and events to build your network
